高額品や精密機器では、積込前、固定後、扉閉鎖前の写真を残します。後から状態を確認できるよう、荷物全体とラベルが分かる角度を意識します。For high-value or precision goods, photos are taken before loading, after fixing and before door closing. Angles are chosen so overall cargo and labels can be checked later.
養生と固定Protection and fixing
毛布、ラッシング、角当て、滑り止めを使い、荷物が動かない状態を作ります。資材が必要な場合は見積時に費用を分けて提示します。Blankets, lashing, corner guards and anti-slip material are used to keep cargo stable. Material costs are separated in the quote when needed.
納品完了報告Delivery completion report
受領サイン、納品場所、外装状態を案件に応じて共有します。荷主様が社内説明に使える証跡を残すことを重視しています。Signatures, delivery location and package condition are shared according to the shipment. We focus on proof the shipper can use internally.
