平日9:00から18:00まで配車デスクが受付します。運行中案件の緊急連絡は、案件番号を確認したうえで夜間窓口へ転送します。The dispatch desk is open weekdays from 9:00 to 18:00. Emergency contact for active shipments is transferred to the night desk after shipment confirmation.

初めての貸切便、定期便の再設計、倉庫との接続、貨物保険、破損時の必要書類など、運ぶ前に不安な点を整理します。We can discuss first charter trucks, scheduled route redesign, warehouse connection, cargo insurance and documents needed if damage occurs.
来社についてVisiting our office
岩槻本社ヤードへの来社は予約制です。大型車両の出入りが多いため、受付場所と駐車位置を事前にご案内します。Visits to the Iwatsuki yard are by appointment. Because large vehicles enter and leave frequently, we provide reception and parking instructions in advance.
