重量、荷姿、車格、搬入口、高さ制限、待機場所を確認し、危ない条件があれば出発前に相談します。現場で無理をさせない段取りです。Weight, packing, vehicle size, dock access, height limits and waiting spots are checked before departure. Risky conditions are discussed before drivers arrive.
事故時の初動Incident first response
破損や事故が疑われる場合は、安全確保、写真記録、荷主様への速報、保険会社への相談を同時に進めます。判断を遅らせません。If damage or an incident is suspected, we secure the area, take photos, notify the shipper and consult the insurer in parallel.
教育と記録Training and records
新規ドライバーには、納品先での言葉遣い、写真の撮り方、個人情報の扱いまで研修します。教育履歴は管理台帳に残します。New drivers are trained on site communication, photo standards and personal data handling. Training history is recorded.
