不当要求への対応Improper demands
不当要求があった場合は、担当者個人で判断せず、警察、弁護士等の外部専門機関と連携して対応します。Improper demands are not handled by individual staff alone. We coordinate with police, lawyers and other external experts.
取引の停止Transaction suspension
取引先が反社会的勢力に該当すると判明した場合、契約に基づき取引を停止または解除します。If a counterparty is found to fall under this category, transactions may be suspended or terminated under the contract.
