報告方法Reporting methods
メール、電話、チャットツールへの定型報告に対応します。納品先に直接送る場合は、宛先と共有範囲を事前に決めます。Standard reports can be sent by email, phone or chat tool. When reporting directly to consignees, recipients and scope are set in advance.
遅延時When delay is likely
道路混雑、事故、受付待ちで遅れが見えた時点で連絡します。必要に応じて、納品先への到着予定の再連絡も代行します。When traffic, accidents or receiving queues create likely delay, we contact the customer and can also update the consignee.
